Located in Lotte World Tower, the tallest skyscraper in Seoul, Bicena sits on the 81st floor, nearly 360m off the ground – and is possibly the highest restaurant on this list. 

The stunning views at this traditional Korean fine dining restaurant are matched by great food and service – no surprise that it has earned itself a Michelin-star with its full course menus for lunch and dinner.

3. Mmm Records – grungey music cafe on Woosadan-ro Mountain

The cheapest eatery on this list, Mmm Records is situated at the highest point of the Itaewon district. It’s got a grungey interior, with half of the floor space dedicated to record shop – a fresh change from the fancier high-rise restaurants in Seoul. Yet, its panoramic views of the Han River and N Seoul Tower very well measure up to that from any fine dining establishment.

The menu here is small but offers both Asian and Western cuisine. Dig into the scrumptious Banhmi Sandwiche ₩7,000 ($8.54) or try the decadent Poutine ₩15,000 ($18.30) made for sharing.

Part of a Korean based Italian chain, the menu here is on the reasonable side, costing ₩20,000 ($24.40) for a Pasta or Pizza, with some options being Linguine in Homemade Truffle Paste and Gorgonzola Pizza. End of the meal with a little dessert, like their Panna Cotta made from fresh cream or Caramel Mille-Feuille with Earl Grey Ice-Cream at ₩10,000 ($12.20) each.

For those who require a little peace and quiet, Adela Bailey would be right up your alley. Tucked away in the fringe mountainsides of Seoul, this glass house restaurant feels more like a countryside resort amidst its wide open landscapes.

The courses here are pretty affordable, with the all-day Giorno 4-course meal at just ₩25,000 ($30.50) nett. The set comes with your choice of any Pasta and Risotto dish, or you could top-up a little extra for their other mains like Pizza or Bistecca Meats.
