Kakao Friends Christmas collection
Christmas is still a month away but Kakao Friends is already in a festive mood. The newly-released Kakao Friends Christmas collection includes beloved characters such as Apeach and Ryan, in their new Rudolph and Christmas tree looks. An animation clip was also released on the same day to hype everyone up for the festive collection, dubbed “Santa Friends”.

This year, the Kakao Friends characters have undergone a Christmas makeover, taking on Santa’s role to spread the love and joy of the festive season. On 13th November 2020, they released a short animation of the story of Santa Friends – the Christmas edition of Kakao Friends.

The animation starts with the Kakao Friends decorating a Christmas tree as they prepare for Christmas. Con, the tiny crocodile character, then runs in with a map, asking others to join him on a visit to Santa Village.

After the Kakao Friends witness the generous work of Santa and his helpers, they are inspired to become like him.

They work together to wrap gifts of all shapes and sizes, hoping to warm the hearts of people through the act of gifting.

Ryan and Apeach then go on their way to deliver these presents to people’s doorsteps.

Kakao Friends never fails to release cute plush toy designs, and the new Christmas collection is no exception. The White Rudolph Glow Soft Plush Toy (USD 54.96) features both Apeach and Ryan in adorable white Rudolph headgear.
