Cinema Factory is a movie theatre with 2 types of seating: Skybox Seats and general ground seats. Skybox Seats are private rooms in a 3-storey-high building. These rooms can fit up to 4 people at any one time.

Each private room is furnished with a sound bar system, so the sound experience will not be affected despite the moviegoers being separated from the screen through a glass window.
In each room, there are either cushioned seats or lounge chairs with footrests.

Visitors can also place their belongings on the foldable tables provided in each room. They can directly control the lighting, volume, and room temperature of their own rooms for maximum comfort.
