If you’re looking to sweat it out, visit the Salt room or the Amethyst room. Kept at a temperature of 65ºC, both rooms are meant to help you detoxify and revitalise your body. Be sure to not stay too long in the saunas to avoid getting heatstroke. A duration of around 15 minutes should be sufficient.
